My NFP charity client is looking for a Supporter Service Manager with experience of business improvement and change.
The organisation is undergoing a strategic restructure to realign its core business to best deliver a new corporate strategy.
Key skills and knowledge: Salesforce, CRM, Change Management, Information Systems, Customer Service.
The Supporter Service Manager will be required to advise Senior Management on the current reorganisation of Supporter Services, Finance and Membership teams and identify and implement improvements to the charities provision of customer service, initially focusing on membership and donors for which the Assistant Director of Income Generation is accountable.
The Supporter Service Manager will focus on all aspects of change and transformation within the business including business processes, systems and technology, job roles and organisational structures and will ensure projects and change initiatives meet objectives on time and on budget.
