An international financial company is currently looking to hire a Recruitment Co-ordinator in London starting 1st December 2014 for 4-6 months.

Recruitment Coordinator - Responsibilities:

* To provide administration support and organisation of internal/external recruitment campaigns
* Be responsible for the recruitment cycle, ensuring day to day recruitment follows the company recruitment process
* Act as a point of contact for internal and external candidates.
* Tracking candidates
* Scheduling interviews
* Deliver interview feedback to candidates or agency
* Liaise with both candidates and line managers to confirm start dates
* Send out offer packs and contracts

Recruitment Coordinator - Key Skills And Experience Required:

* At least 2-3 years of recruitment experience working onsite at a client doing a similar role
* Strong administration skills
* Good organisational skills
* Able to communicate with a range of personnel
* Must be available to start on 1st of December 2014
