GCS Construction/Quantity Surveyor/Road surfacing/Civils/Contract
GCS Recruitment is currently looking for a road surfacing Quantity Surveyor to assist with the term maintenance contracts of major regional frameworks that my client has been awarded.
My client is a well-established leading highway specialist with maintenance projects in civil engineering projects for both public and private sectors.
The successful Quantity Surveyor will ideally have:
- A relevant professional Quantity Surveying qualification
- Carriageway surfacing experience
- Working knowledge of NEC contracts
- Ability to undertake site measures
- Ability to work clearly and accurately under pressure and tight timescales
- Ability to demonstrate excellent communication and organization skills
It would also be highly advantageous if you have a background with a specialist surfacing contractor.
