Description
Develop and package software deployment objects utilizing Microsoft System Center Configuration Manager. Follow industry best practices for deployment in the corporate desktop computing environment. Test all parameters for software, upgrades, and patches to be deployed at all local and remote locations including virtual environments. Provide software support expertise for installed software. Provide support and direction to IT support personnel related to software installation process and procedure. Maintain the software repository. Complete miscellaneous duties as assigned. Reports to Leader Software Support.

- Minimum 2 - 3 years of experience
- AdminStudio/Installshield (preferred)/Wise Package Studio
- SCCM Installer

- Checking logs for troubleshooting

- Degree: Associate Degree (Preferred)
- Area of Study: Network Specialist, Microcomputer Specialist, or related field
