Customer Insight Manager - Brand Interaction - Analysis - Market Research

I am currently recruiting for a Customer Insight Manager to work at a global information and online data service provider for business professionals. My client is looking for the right individual to take responsibility for and lead the delivery of an effective customer insight service to many leading data service brands.

In this role you will get the opportunity to manage a range of research projects from initial proposal and agency briefly through to the analysis and interpretation of the results and the presentation of the findings to brand teams.

The ideal candidate will have:
  • Extensive experience working in customer insight/research in either a client or a market research company
  • Understanding and knowledge of all technical aspects of research and a good eye for detail
  • Excellent analytical and problem solving skills
  • Strong Communication skills both verbally and written
