Job: GEO Information Analyst

Start Date: ASAP

Duration: 6 months

Location: Den Bosch

Responsibilities:

Advising on, developing and designing efficient and effective information within the ICT division, where the demands and wishes are translated from the Business of functional descriptions and proposals for improvement which an optimal connection of information obtained in the business.

Result Areas:

  • Assisting and advising on acceptance testing, implementation and evaluation of the information system.
  • Implement changes related to new and/or modified information/data and related system components, manuals, training, etc.
  • Support ( helpdesk and advisory ) from the other groups and functions within Information Management with respect to the assigned application (s) .
  • Analyse, design and implement functionalities with respect to the information by means of feasibility studies, program requirements, definition studies, problem, information and data analyses.
  • Translating these features to functionalities for (new) information systems ( functional design ) .

Job requirements:

  • bachelor's degree (eg. Business Administration)
  • Knowledge of Geographical Systems is required
  • Extensive knowledge of the organization, business processes, information and ICT
  • Extensive knowledge of methods and techniques such as Datamodelling, information analysis and similar
  • Extensive knowledge of ICT infrastructures and functional and data architectures
  • Knowledge of ICT developments
  • Experience with managing application administrators or small teams (eg. Testing and acceptance teams)
  • Knowledge of management processes BISL/ASL
  • Minimum 3 years' experience as Functional Manager
  • Experience with various interview techniques
  • Experience with presentation techniques
  • Extensive experience with programs, projects and project work
  • Experience in planning and organizing work
  • Experience in the energy industry is a must
