Commercial Director: Aerospace & DefenceDo you have proven Commercial Leadership experience within an Aerospace & Defence environment? Do you want to work for a £multi-million leading global high technology manufacturer? Where you can be the lead negotiator within a variety of new and existing commercial contracts? This Commercial Director role will give you the autonomy to explore exciting commercial business opportunities as well as leading an established commercial function.
Scope of Work
A highly motivated, hands on Commercial Director with strong negotiation skills is needed to lead a team of ten legal, financial and compliance orientated commercial professionals.
You will
Hold full commercial responsibility for a £multimillion business unit
Lead a commercial team of ten members, to maximise profits and opportunities
Lead global contract negotiations with MOD, DOD, Tier 1 and Tier 1 suppliers/ customers
Protect the business and maximise customer satisfaction to become the supplier of choice
Build relationships with customers so that all negotiations are optimised
On-going development of the commercial team and developing commercial awareness across the wider business.

Desired Skills
- A strong Commercial Negotiator who has experience of leading high value, complex and long term international contracts.
- Experience of working with commercial and Government bodies in the UK, US, and ASIA.
- Able to travel globally where required
- Located or able to relocate to Hampshire, England
