Reporting to the General Manager this Supply Chain Manager role is a brand new position in this Medical Device company based in Waterford. If you are the kind of person who like hands on roles where you can really get stuck in then this could be a perfect fit.This company is looking for someone with previous experience in a management role, preferably in the area of Supply Chain. Also, this person must have strong planning experience spanning into procurement and logistics. Experience in the Medical Device industry is not essential but experience in a similar industry such as Pharmaceuticals or Electronics would be desirable.
Strong ERP knowledge is essential as an SAP implementation project will be undertaken in the next 2 years. Previous experience with system implementation is not required but would be an advantage.
To be considered for the position you must have a degree qualification or a qualification related to Supply Chain such as APISC/CPIM or CSCP.
