Microsoft Dynamics CRM infrastructure architect
Responsibilities:
Implementation of the new IT infrastructure and its supporting processes.
•Preparation of the mission under the co-ordination of the lead enterprise architect.
•Review of the risk control matrices and building of the implementation testing strategies and design.
•Performance of the fieldwork and technical documentation.
•Clearance with the agreed stakeholders and documentation of the findings.
•Combining cleared findings, writing of the draft issues and implementing according to the same methodology.
•In support to the lead architect, clearance of the draft issues with the agreed stakeholders.
•Supporting the lead architect in finalizing the reporting.
Role
•Understand the existing IT infrastructure landscape and designing the new infrastructure.
•Align with the internal stakeholders (operations, solution architects, project managers, data center management, network teams, security) on the definition, development and evolution of the environment.
•Define the future infrastructure, translate this in a technical roadmap and present it to the enterprise architect, senior management and internal stakeholders.
•Work in close collaboration with the IT program/project manager and enterprise architect on delivering technical architecture solutions for their projects.
•Work closely with IT operations in order to align with the rapidly changing operational requirements.
•Initiate, defend and implement/migrate technical projects.
•Act as a technical design expert to the different operational teams.

Excellent understanding the concepts of:
•Cloud technologies (private and hybrid cloud)
•Life cycle management
•Capacity management
•Configuration management
Have an in-depth understanding of the technologies (concepts, design, implementation, usage):
•Dynamics CRM 2010 architecture
•Dynamics CRM 2013 architecture
•General design work
•Demonstrate expert and hands on experience in Microsoft Dynamics CRM.
•It encompasses the detailed design, configurations, settings and related processes to manage it.
•Expert knowledge of Microsoft products, with hands-on implementation skills.
Personal skills:
•Expected to be autonomous.
•Fluent in Dutch and English.
•Have a business risk and IT security mind-set.
•Proven experience with large and public organizations.
