Description
The successful candidate will assist with daily management and administration of client's enterprise production, test and development SQL server platforms. Duties will also include design, planning, and migration elements for a range of projects currently in progress.
The ideal candidate will demonstrate a substantial level of expertise in the design, installation, configuration, optimization, tuning, and operation of enterprise Microsoft SQL Server platforms. Complimentary knowledge and skills in enterprise physical and virtualized server platforms, storage, clustering, and backup solutions will also be essential for the role.
It is expected that the specialist will have solution design experience and an ability to understand the client's end state architecture.
This position will be located in Client's Canberra office.
