We are looking for a Dispatch Planner who speaks fluent Dutch.

Duties & Responsibilities
Manage the dispatch of all field resource, prioritising work in accordance with SLAs and procedures in order to meet or exceed KPIs
Plan, organise and schedule workloads to Filed resource to enable efficient use of Field Team Resource. Taking all opportunities to drive efficiencies, working with key stakeholders and Line Manager.
Liaise effectively with Front and Back Office to ensure quality of Work Orders is at the agreed WLA.
Clean and Green
Append all Work Orders with concise, appropriate notes on activities taken to make work executable - Access Requests, Confirmation and Approval dates and times and references etc.
First point of contact for all Work Order related issues, to ensure prompt escalation to the Planning Team Leader or Manager.
Support and assist with the development of work place tools, process and procedures to improve and increase efficiencies in Dispatch Planning and FSO performance.
Support and assist in process improvement and best practice activities and workshops to improve and increase efficiencies in Dispatch Planning and FSO performance.

Candidate Skills & Requirements

Proficient in the use of MS Office Customer service skills in telephone handling
Good written and communication skills
Experience using trouble ticketing systems
Thrives in a pressurised environment with a can do attitude
Is rigorous in their methods, thinks pragmatically and laterally, willing to gather, transfer and share knowledge and works collaboratively with others
Trusted, self motivated and proactive self-starter who can inspire others and create enthusiasm for a common way forward

Working Knowledge and background in Mobile Technologies, specifically RAN related exposure and Transmission media.
Working Knowledge and background in Mobile Technologies, CORE networks and architecture.
Proficient in the use of MS Applications and basic systems.
Fluency in DUTCH
Good O level/GCSE grades in English language
