SAP HR Payroll Tester - Dutch Speaking
The current HR system landscape has been replaced by another solution. Both the Core and SAP HR Payroll solution is replaced. For this program, the customer has entered into a partnership with a third party integrator. Part of the test work will be carried out by this party and in part by the customer.
As Program Test Manager you have the list and make sure that all tests are planned and implemented. The project is located in the Start Up phase RFP. You will enroll at the start of the next phase. You have experience with complex testing in a program. Experience with testing packages is a must.
Duties:
Develop and maintain overall master test plan. Propagating test method.
Establish partial test plans for specific releases, within the framework of the master test plan.
Coordinate testing activities and guide the testers and test or teams.
Run the master test plan and detailed test plans within schedule and budget.
Assessing and reporting on the quality and continuity of the products delivered.
Ensure alignment between the various subprojects Attn testing. deliverables:
Overall Master Test Plan
Final Test report
Accepted test report.
Job requirements
General knowledge/experience:
Minimum college level work and thinking level.
More than 5 years experience in structured testing eg with TMAP. Preferably in HR services. (Core HR and Payroll SAP).
Experience with testing Saas solution.
Great skill in stakeholder management.
Managing large programs.
Experience in leading and motivating multi-disciplinary team.
Technical knowledge/experience:
Demonstrated experience in test management across multiple test types and in a complex program.
Experience with automated testing, Saas and ERP systems (SAP) and environments.
Certifications such as TMap Next and ISTQB
Experience in the use of testing tools, especially in the test management plane, such as: HP ALM and Jira.
Ensuring project/program Governance, Risk and Issue Management, Change Control
