C&Q Engineer - Laboratory Equipment

Our Leading Pharmaceutical client has a requirement for an experienced C&Q Engineer to work on the installation and qualification of new Laboratory equipment

Working on the fit-out of a new laboratory, you will be required to work on the installation, execution and documentation of the new Laboratory equipment

The Role will include:-:

•Assessing all the qualification and equipment documentation
•Supervising the vendors who will complete the IQ / OQ on the laboratory equipment
•Performing any additional qualification tasks as required
•Completing the PQ qualification of the laboratory equipment
•The equipment : Chemistry equipment - HPLC’s, GC’s, UV’s & microbiology equipment - VITEK is the main manufacturer - there are approx 30 pieces of equipment arriving onsite.

To be successful for this role we are looking for the following:

•Experience required : Solid laboratory equipment validation experience; ideally previous start-up experience would be very useful
•Nice to have experience : Laboratory / computerised laboratory validation experience - VITEK is the main one, but most are very similar.
