I am currently recruiting for an interim Complaints Manager for a CCG based in South West England. To be considered for this role you must have experience of complaints within the NHS.

The main duties expected of the Interim Complaints Manager are as follows:
  • Liaise with frontline staff to manage and respond to comments, concerns and complaints in-line with current policy and procedures.
  • Working closely with staff to resolve complaints, comments and concerns efficient and effectively in a timely manor to achieve a mutually beneficial outcome for the complainants and the clinical services concerned.
  • To ensure lessons are learnt from feedback from comments, complaints and concerns encouraging action within the organisation to continually improve the quality of its services.
