My client is a global software house that work with clients such as Charles Tyrwhitt, Tommy Hilfiger, Super dry and are currently looking for a Front End Developer to work on site in their London ofice.Job Purpose Summary: As a Developer, you will report into Development Manager and will be responsible for working from the clients online web tool. This will include day to day work with Java 7 and Spring MVC Framework with continuous communication with the UI/UX developer
Core Competencies Required:
Excellent experience with the following technologies:
- Spring MVC
- Spring Security
- HTML + css + javascript, JQuery, AJAX and JSON
- Jdk 7
- JUnit, TDD
- Maven, GIT, SVN.
- Excellent problem solving skills;
- Ability to work in team;
- Exposure to an Agile environment;
- Good written and verbal communication skills;
- 2+ years of experience in Java Web Applications
Location: London Bridge
Length: 3 Months (possible extension)
Rate: Negotiable dependant upon experience
