OVERVIEW
Real Staffing are recruiting for an interim ICT Contracts Manager to provide short-term cover for a growing Housing Association in the South West.
This opportunity is best suited to candidates with experience managing key relationships with IT providers and 3rd party suppliers.
KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Monitoring the performance of supplier SLAs
- Liaising with stakeholders and external parties
- Ensuring financial, admin and contractual KPIs are met
- Maintenance of contract budgets
- Carrying out market testing and benchmarking exercises
- Attending regular performance meetings
- Supporting the Head of IT and senior management team
KEY SKILLS
- Managed key contract relationships
- Knowledge of IT infrastructure services
- Prince2 or ITIL methodologies
- Experience negotiating and maintaining contracts
