Description
The company started the global rollout of the Oracle Financials Suite, a global integration and transformation program. This position will be a key member of the Infrastructure/Technical Team for this mission critical program. Working with our technical team and implementation partner, the candidate will be responsible for: the maintenance and support of our WebLogic environment; migrate code between environments; performance tuning; working with Oracle DBA's to resolve application problems.An initial review of our current SOA 12c/Linux RedHat environment will be required and the candidate will propose and drive to a best practice end state architecture supporting the requirements of the program.
The ideal candidate will have recent hands-on WebLogic experience, worked in a support capacity, and have a proven track record of delivering technology solutions via cross-functional teams.
This person must be a highly organized, self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, complex, global environment; and have proven measurable experience with all aspects of a major system development.

Qualifications:
- At least 2-3 years of experience as a WebLogic Administrator
- Experience with architecting, installing and configuring WebLogic environments for Oracle SOA suite and ADF.
- Experience with managing and monitoring Oracle WebLogic 11gR1 or 12c server and Oracle SOA Suite 11gR1. This involves full administration of the environment and WebLogic Scripting (WLST).
- Able to write/execute Oracle database scripts required by the Oracle SOA suite and Oracle ADF products.
- Able to write/execute Ant deployment scripts or use JDeveloper to deploy SOA Suite and ADF custom code to the Oracle WebLogic server.
- Familiar with Oracle SOA suite and ADF frameworks and concepts as it relates to integration and application development.
- Able to install and configure AIA Foundation Pack (optional).
- B.S. in Information Systems or related field.
- 4-7 years of relevant IT experience.
- Minimum 3 years of installing, administrating, configuring WebLogic on RedHat Linux.
- Experience with clustering and high-availability
- Experience with cloning WebLogic environments
- Prior experience with building integrations using Oracle SOA Suite and custom applications using ADF (optional).
- Experience using HPPM to migrate WebLogic objects (optional)
- Oracle Database 11g/OAM experience (optional).
- VMWare experience (optional).
