Description
Our direct Fortune 500 client, a major insurance company, is in need of a Quality Assurance Manager at their headquarters in North East Cleveland, OH - Mayfield Village, Ohio. This position will be leading a testing effort of 50K-75K hours in a large enterprise environment. It's a great opportunity to showcase your skills, and a great company to work for! This person will lead a complex project with a large team. This role is NOT hands-on and requires strong leadership and communicaiton skills.Required:
- Ability to organize and lead large, complex testing efforts.
The total project size will be between 50K - 75K hours. The candidate will need to effectively allocate work and monitor progress.
- Ability to write a test approach/strategy.
- Must have experience leading an automation strategy for a project. Should have some hands-on experience with automation w/QTP being the preferred tool.
- Experience in issue resolution and status reporting. Comfortable in using Quality Center (QC/ALM) to generate data for metrics & reports.
- Strong written & verbal communication skills. Must be able to deal with large teams and senior managers.
