Six Sigma Black Belt

Description

Seeking an experienced Black Belt with design for Six Sigma experience. This is a project leadership role, NOT a quality/production orientation position.

Responsibilities:

• Lead moderately complex projects.
• Lead cross functional teams with representation from Marketing, Engineering/Product Development, Business Services.
• Manufacturing Operations, Quality, Customer Logistics, Legal, and Global Purchasing functional areas, as well as Suppliers.
• The team will evaluate the marketing, technical, and financial/commercial aspects in considering products.
• Potential travel.

SKILLS:

Required Qualifications:

• Experienced 6 Sigma Black Belt, preferably Certified.
• Excellent Project Management skills, team leadership skills, and communication skills.
• Strong work ethic, with proven leadership and achievement results.
• Flexible; able to manage multiple projects and priorities concurrently.

Desired Qualifications:

• Experience with Turbochargers is a strong plus.
• Marketing/Business/Product Support experience.
• Experience working with Suppliers.
• Experience working with Customer product line, product groups, and systems.
• Experience in Financial Analysis.

Education:

• Bachelors degree in Engineering or equivalent experience.
