Senior Project Manager/Construction/Heathrow Airport/Contract
GCS Construction is currently recruiting for a Senior Project Manager to join an established electrical and engineering company. You will be involved in the Q6 maintenance project at Heathrow airport with major contractors and will be involved in project work including there-fit out of departure lounge, tunnelling, lighting etc. This is an excellent opportunity to join a rapidly growing business offering complete package services across a vast array of industrial, commercial, domestic and specialist trades.
You will require experience with the following:
* Working knowledge of NEC3, option A & C and JCT suite of contracts
* Managing a small team of project managers
* Ability to work clearly and accurately under pressure and tight timescales
* Ability to demonstrate excellent communication and organization skills
It would be advantageous if you have experience with one of the tier one main contractor's or had previous experience in an airport environment.
