Description
Work shift Scheduler/Personnel Logistics Co-ordinator/Administrator required for a leading global rail company based in Eastleigh.
Main day to day duties:-
- Allocation of Training & Competence Courses and arranging efficient release of staff in accordance with rosters.
- Liaise with Agency Suppliers on a weekly basis to address any shortfall of manpower requirements.
- Maintain supplier database and update accordingly to allow selective sourcing of future manpower requirements.
- Provide other administrative support as delegated by the Roster Manager.
- Manage staff efficiencies, maximise utilisation of staff.
- Plan out shifts for internal rail engineers.
- Cover shortfall of staff on rail.
Skills and Competencies:-
- Experience of Work shift Scheduler/Personnel Logistics Co-ordinator/Administrator
- Dealt with Engineers in regards to Personnel Logistics
- Advanced MS Office skills
- Previous staff rota management skills
- Previous Rail experience would be beneficial
