Work shift Scheduler/Personnel Logistics Co-ordinator/Administrator required for a leading global rail company based in Eastleigh.

Main day to day duties:-

  • Allocation of Training & Competence Courses and arranging efficient release of staff in accordance with rosters.
  • Liaise with Agency Suppliers on a weekly basis to address any shortfall of manpower requirements.
  • Maintain supplier database and update accordingly to allow selective sourcing of future manpower requirements.
  • Provide other administrative support as delegated by the Roster Manager.
  • Manage staff efficiencies, maximise utilisation of staff.
  • Plan out shifts for internal rail engineers.
  • Cover shortfall of staff on rail.

Skills and Competencies:-

  • Experience of Work shift Scheduler/Personnel Logistics Co-ordinator/Administrator
  • Dealt with Engineers in regards to Personnel Logistics
  • Advanced MS Office skills
  • Previous staff rota management skills
  • Previous Rail experience would be beneficial
