Salary: Circa £40,000-£45000 dependent on experience
Are you a Production Manager / Manufacturing Manager Senior Engineer with Management and CI / LEAN experience?
Do you want to work for a large Multinational Engineering House and to work with some of the largest names in the Aerospace and Defence Industry.
Do you have strong experience in production / manufacturing experience in a High volume / high variety manufacturing environment?
My clients are a Global Name in Engineering. They are looking to recruit a Manufacturing professional on a permanent basis for their site in the Midlands area, due to succession planning and growth to push forward their product development programme for the next decade.
For this role, my client is looking for a Senior Engineering professional with the following experience:
Strong management skills
Excellent people skills, able to build trust, promote ideas and drive change in a positive manner.
Ability to get team buy in and promote a culture of change
Experience implementing and driving new processes
Desirable
Degree or equivalent
