Project Details: An exciting interim opportunity has arise within a large and innovative university. The university is currently undergoing a transformational restructure. They require an interim faculty manager to oversee two academic faculties. The post-holder will also be merging some of the administrative functions of the departments. Key to the success of this role will be an in-depth knowledge of the Higher Education sector and academic stakeholder management.
The successful candidate will have:
- Previous exposure to the Higher or Further Education sector
- A proven track record of change management.
- Experience of supporting and working closely with heads of departments
- Knowledge of budget planning
- Experience of line management.
