Interim IT Change Manager - Plymouth - 6 MonthsInterim IT Change Manager required for a 6 month contract based in Plymouth.
Type: 6 Month Contract
Rate: £500-£700 per day
Location: Plymouth
Start Date: December 2014
The IT change manager will be responsible for ensuring that the impact of new or upgraded IT systems and projects is managed in an effective way to ensure the delivery of desired business outcomes.
The IT change manager will lead the change management stream for the prioritised projects and must ensure that the workstream for each project level is managed in an effective and efficient manner to achieve the successful delivery of the stated business objectives for each project.
Key Skills & Experience Required:
- To lead in a proactive manner the IT team and potentially re-shape its roles
- Qualified in ITIL based operation and service
- Experience of 'line of sight' from project inception to business case to implementation
- Experience in engaging with business areas to identify requirements and issues
- Experience in collating and reporting on complete AS-IS IT 'picture'
- Risk Assessment
- Experience of Retail industry
- Experience of implementing / maintaining key business systems
- Full Project Lifecycle
- ITIL
- Experience in creating a new IT communication plan
- Stakeholder Management
- Experience in implementing monitoring / reporting solutions
- Experience of assessing IT capability
