My major Investment Banking client based in Camberley is currently seeking a Service Delivery Manager to join their HR Shared Service division.

Key Skills required for a Service Delivery Manager:

*Strong customer service skills
*Ability to lead and manage a large team to drive results in a high-transactional environment.
*Promote an environment of trust and flexibility with the ability to role model
*Overall knowledge and experience of providing a HR service within a Financial Services industry or equivalent
*Experience of managing a team
*Excellent communication skills and ability to liaise with stakeholders

Responsibilities of a Service Delivery Manager:

*Ensure the team operate and adhere to agreed Service Level Agreements (SLA's)
*Build relationships to connect with others across HR and the organisation
*Develop and retain strong diverse talent through coaching and motivating others to meet their goals.
*Ensure work is coordinated effectively across the team so that team goals are achieved.
*Proactively build and maintain relationships with HR partners, wider business and vendors to maximise the Human Resources Service Centre service.
