LTE Radio Access Engineer with strong competences in eNodeB and iOMS Nokia equipments, and capable to perform the following tasks:
- Commissioning, Integration and Acceptance of eNodeB and iOMS equipments.
- Troubleshooting Skills at Level 1-2 to clarify customer´s inquiries or solve network issues.
- Whenever the problem cannot be solved with customer onsite, escalate the issues within the internal teams in NSN (Care, GDC, etc), based on the internal processes.
- Generate documentation related to Preventive and Corrective Maintenance Procedures.
- Competence Transfer to the Customer´s personnel with O&M Routines and Basic Troubleshooting techniques.
