Support Analyst required for a leading investment bank based in Paris. My client is searching for a functional and technical support analyst to work on supporting their proprietary single dealer platform, which is an eBanking portal housing several different vertical applications. The ideal candidate will have previous experience working on a high volume transactional platform, and have good financial knowledge.

Key Skills for the eBanking Support Analyst
  • Previous experience with application support
  • Client services background would be useful
  • Experience supporting an eBanking portal would be ideal
  • Previous financial experience, including knowledge of financial products (Fixed Income products, derivatives)
  • Ability to work well in a team and as an individual
  • Strong communication skills (excellent English mandatory)
