HiberniaEvros on behalf of our client is seeking applications for the position of Contract IT Network Services Engineer in Dublin
Our Client is a key player in the Financial Software sector in Ireland.
Key Duties/Responsibilities
- To maintain the IT Network Services infrastructure and support RIS and its Clients ensuring services are properly delivered to the business and that any barriers to proper service provision are addressed and/or escalated.
- To manage triage, incident progression and issues assigned to Network Services teams, ensuring that all calls are responded to within the agreed SLA
Experience/Technical Skills Required
- 5+ years experience managing, maintaining and troubleshooting Cisco Firewalls, VPN's and Routers (PIX and ASA) - CCNP qualification required
- 5+ years experience managing, maintaining and troubleshooting 3Com, Arista and Cisco Enterprise switched environment
- 3 - 5 years experience managing, maintaining and troubleshooting Avaya IP Telephony solution
- Detailed knowledge and understanding of Incident, Problem and Change Management processes.
- Knowledge of ISO20000.
- ISO27001 Experience very desirable.
