The opportunity to recruit a Senior Customer Communications Executive within a large Financial Services organisation has arisen. The contract is 6 months at the rate of £ per day. Knowledge of Marketing and Communications is essential. Financial Services experience is desired.
The key accountabilities for the successful candidate will be to plan & deliver outstanding customer-focused content to generate traffic and to plan & deliver compelling content to help customers so that the company becomes a point of differentiation.
Job responsibilities:
- Plan & deliver all mandatory communications required for business (literature & outputs) - rationalise communications to drive efficiencies and customer centricity.
- Plan & deliver customer communications for all lifestages - pre-sale, point of sale & post-sale communications.
- Develop & deliver a customer content plan aligned to regulatory requirements and business priorities.
- Deliver engagement and quality traffic in line with the business plan.
- Plan & deliver content for the customer website to drive traffic.
- Challenge the business leads if business briefs are unclear.
- Write, review, edit & publish strong, compelling content for customers for a range of media channels.
- Responsible for using the Content Management System to upload content to the customer website - responsible for ensuring that the website content is compelling and logical for customers.
- Use new technology and new ways of delivering customer centric content - maximise range of content delivery channels (online & offline).
- Gain compliance approval for all communications - challenge the rules so that customers can receive the best content.
- Manage external agencies & suppliers to deliver customer content to brief.
- Measure MI and reporting to demonstrate the value of content and deliverables - act on information to refine and improve customer content.
Skills And Experience:
- Experience of the Financial Services market, financial products and the regulatory body (FSA)
- Copywriter, proof reader & content producer with experience creating customer storyboards or customer journeys
- Online experience to implement SEO and to deliver content that drives traffic to the customer website
- Excellent digital behaviours - fast-paced & agile approach to work, with a passion for providing customer focused communications
- Offline and online, pre & post-sale content management experience for customers
- Experienced in using external agencies & suppliers to deliver communications
- Marketing qualifications required - Degree level or Professional Diploma
- FS qualifications required - CFP/CII
