Our client is an international IT Support organisation and for their office in Valencia, Spain we require a E-learning Designer.The successful candidate will be required for the following:
. 3 month initial contract, extensions possible and based on performance
. Select, modify or create E-learning and/or virtual training in line with given instructional contents
. Create web-based content, job aids, video scripts and other learning tools by using eLearning authoring tools
. Evaluate existing and emerging technologies and their use in an instructional environment
. Create audio scripts, accompanying visuals, practice exercises and assessment measurement tools for training programs
Other duties will include:
. Provide administrative assistance for in-house and external training, including drafting reports and email correspondence addressed to a diverse group of recipients
. Provide logistical assistance for courses held at various client locations by co-ordinating with trainees, trainers and other units
. Maintain accurate data/records of training courses and participants
. Assist in the preparation of reports on training statistics and other relevant information
. Perform other duties as required
Your required skills:
. Proficient computer skills including the use of authoring tools
. Previous experience in the administrative field
. Excellent English communications skills (both oral and written)
. Ability to undertake research, gather information and provide technical advice on possible solutions
. Experience producing and/or editing formal correspondence, memoranda, and reports
. Ability to prioritie tasks, and perform duties under pressure in a timely manner
. Good interpersonal skills and ability to work in a multi-cultural, multi-ethnic environment
