Senior Change Manager - (Change/Packaged Bank Accounts/Complaints) - Up to £450.00 per day - 6 months - Stockton-On-Tees
My global financial services client has an urgent requirement for a Senior Change Manager, you will be working on a high profile programme responsible for the evidence and policy workstream, reporting to the Programme Manager to identify, quantify, plan and control all business analysis related activity on the portfolio. You will have extensive experience of working in change within a contact/call centre environment.
Essential skills & experience: - Proven track record in change acceptance and or quality management with Embedded governance. Experience of working in operational environments and management or leadership of service to customers.
Experience of Packaged Bank Accounts
Experience of PPI Complaints
Extensive experience of working in change within a contact/call centre environment
Experience of project/change management - there will be an expectation of self-management as well as accountability for reporting and delivery
Demonstrable experience of delivering process change from initial high level design to procedural change
