EPC ANALYST
Job Role:
Analyze & Validate products, EPC Network Architecture, Test Plan & High Level Design for best effort data and VoLTE servicesAnalyze technical design and vendor implementation data and identify operations support gaps, network risks and recommend solutions.
Review and validate interfaces between the nodes and integration with LTE, IMS & Support systems.
Review the Acceptance Test Procedure document for the following areas in EPC ATP documents and forms
Node wise ATP and Test Procedure
EPC Functional validation
Regulatory
System Characteristics
E2E Solution integration (LTE, EPC,IMS, Support Systems)Network impact analysis
Basic troubleshooting
Process tools
Review the identified EPC KPIs and propose new KPIs.
Propose monitoring and troubleshooting process for automation.
Review and validate the PM tool capabilities and characteristics
Review and identify the training needs for day to day P&O activities.
Support on Alarm and KPI correlation and automation.
Document the gaps and recommend the mitigation plan.
Define the scope for the further phases of gap closure strategy and provide implementation support.
Desired Profile:
Excellent knowledge of LTE/4G network.2-3 years of direct working experience in EPC, 5+ years in 3G Packet Core.
Knowledge and understanding of network management requirements and end-to-end network performance and fault management
Operation and maintenance knowledge for network elements
Understanding of network operations processes
