SAP Data Lead
My client based in the Pennsylvania looking for an SAP Data Lead to join their team on a long term contract basis.
As the Data Lead you will take overall responsibility for the Deployment data activities for the Global Template SAP Project.
The scope of this role will include defining the approaches and planning for all date identification, cleanse, enrichment, creation, mapping, transformation and reconciliation activities and the subsequent management of these activities to the plan. You will work very closely with the Global Template Deployment Lead, the Global Template Data Team (responsible for the data load) and the business to ensure the data activities are actioned in line with Global Template conversion and testing activities.
Your principle accountabilities will be as follows:
- Data Approach, Planning, Tracking & Management
- Resource deployment and Quality assurance
- Co-ordination and Continuous improvement
For this role I am looking for some one with:

Strong and effective communicator
Ability to drive a group of individuals along a plan

Ability to maintain composure under high pressure
Ability to work with and through people during the change journey
