Our client, a large financial services organisation, require a QRM (Quantitative Risk Management) Analyst for an initial 6 month contract based in Edinburgh.

This role is required to support the existing team to develop and maintain the models and tools necessary to manage the financial risks and optimise the earnings on the clients balance sheet.

Tasks will include production of QRM reports, maintenance of the reporting facility of QRM, Co-ordinating with QRM and producing reports around support and service provision, produce balance sheet and reports and supporting managers in the production of month end reporting, including data preparation and upload into QRM.

To be successful in this post, you MUST have the following skills and experience:

- Practical Experience of using QRM and competent in the use of the full MS Office suite of tools
- Treasury experience
- Ability to interpret business requirements into QRM models
- Proactive approach to QRM enhancements
- Experience in developing and implementing modelling solutions independently and working with multiple stakeholders.
- Ability to analyse large volumes of data and produce statistical analysis of the results.
