Interim Finance Consultant
We are currently looking to recruit a high level finance consultant to lead a business review. The review is for major FTSE 100 business (none financial services). This is an interesting role which will allow you to work across the business and will involve travel. In Particular, we would be interested in speaking with contractors who have a forensic background and will hit the ground running.
Finance Consultant Responsibilities;
- Support the team led and the team in the provision of expert financial information, analysis and reports for both reviews and investigations
- The financial review is of the current financial operation
- Conduct financial model reviews, carry out due diligence and manage forensic investigations
- Review current financial operating model - is it fit for purpose?
- Full forensic financial review - due to financial losses and delayed supplier payments
- Technology, systems and applications used in finance division- are they fit for purpose
Finance Consultant Essential Skills
- It is expected you will have experience in complex business valuations; loss of profit calculations; commercial and contractual disputes; fraud, financial and regulatory investigations
- Have undertaken forensic audit financial reviews for large corporate organisations
- Experience in report writing, presentations and business proposals
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to present
