Our client, a global pharmaceutical organisation, is looking for a number of experienced C&Q Engineers to support them in a very exciting Brownfield Project for a new type of vaccine.

Start: March/April 2015
Duration: 6-12 months
Location: Netherlands

Tasks and Responsibilities:
• Executing the commissioning and qualification of biotechnology equipment such as reactors, skids, etc.
• Writing and executing equipment protocols.
• Supporting qualification activities - IQ/OQ.
• Ensuring GMP compliance in all activities.

Experience:
• Strong background within the biotechnology or pharmaceutical industry.
• Experience working in liquid / sterile / vaccine / chemical environment.
• Proven experience working with the following equipment and processes: reactors, vessels, bulk production, harvesting, skid columns, cell culture, fermentation.
• Significant recent project based experience in the commissioning of pharmaceutical process equipment.
• Proactive, “hands on” mentality, able to hit the ground running and work independently.
• Language skills: fluent English - spoken and written.
