Project Details: A Higher Education instiution based in the North-East of England has an urgent requirement for a change consultant to assist on an exciting transformational project. The change consultant will work across multiple departments to redefine processes and organisational models. Key to the success of this role will be an in-depth knowledge of the Higher Education sector and a proven track record of managing academic stakeholders.
The successful candidate will have:
- Previous exposure to the Higher Education sector
- Knowledge of change management
- Experience of organisational design
- A track record of implementing institution wide change.
