Support Analyst, Application Subject Matter Expert (SME)

Our client, a major international bank, is currently looking for a Support Analyst, Application Subject Matter Expert (SME)

Activities include:
  • Proven track record in bringing efficiency in day-to-day operations
  • Multi-tasking skills and ability to work under pressure
  • Excellent ability to work collaboratively across cultures in a global environment
  • Practical experience with ITIL and excellent data and trend analysis skills
  • Ability to manage and liaise with the internal IT problem management partners
