Position Description:
Teach Ruby/Rails idioms and test driven development using a pair programming format. You'll work beside our developers to complete features for our site redesign and other projects. We are devoted to sustainable development of reliable applications. This means we work more carefully than fast, writing test coverage for every feature.
Two people work on every feature, so every decision is a discussion, and there are two people to ask about every choice. Features are organized in a predictable backlog, so there aren't sudden deadline surprises.
Qualifications:
. 2+ years experience in test driven development
. Proficiency in Ruby on Rails, and related ecosystem
. Excellent communication skills
