Job Description:
Responsible for managing end-to-end execution of enhancement Projects (all sizes) in SAP, CRM and Portal Technologies utilizing ITSM delivery model. Interact with customers on an ongoing basis to provide financial/project status as well as scope change management
Skill Set:
5+ years of project management experience in SAP, CRM and Portal Technologies
10+ years of overall ERP (SAP Preferred) experience in a functional/technical/user role
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills required to be successful
Must have good understanding of business processes
Must have excellent customer facing and soft skills
Must have experience in managing multiple initiatives
Experience in integration with BW/BO is highly desirable
Experience with ITSM delivery model is highly desirable
Experience with Tier-1 consulting or SAP implementation partners is desirable
Experience with PPM Tools (Clarity Preferred) is desirable
