Position Description:

The individual will assist with the administrative aspects related to the coordination and execution of multiple Network migrations/conversions for Latin America that require International shipment of Decoders, simple comodato contract creation, sending and tracking, etc. and will assist the Contract Administrator with database updates as required. When not occupied with duties related to the Migrations, the individual would also be stepping in to assist with tasks related to the duties of those individuals covering for the individual currently on leave.

Qualifications:

  • Contract Creation Exp. and contract administration experience

  • Administrative experience.

  • Bi-lingual Spanish/English heavily preferred.

  • Ability to multitask and attention to detail.

  • Above average Excel skills, including utilizing some advanced functions.

  • Logistics/coordination experience a plus, but not required.
