Description
Duties:
Primary function is to strategically schedule promotional material for any assigned network. Person is responsible for scheduling promotion in electronic traffic data system and maintaining cross-promotion commitments. This person will provide back-up support for other schedulers and will work closely with promotion teams and management. This scheduler will have daily communication with counterparts in Sales Operations, Master Control and Broadcast Engineering.
Qualifications:
College degree and a minimum of two years solid, television promotion placement experience strongly preferred.
Desirable qualities:
Deep knowledge of traffic placement system such as Crossroad or Enterprise
Strong organizational and communication skills; highly motivated; works well in team environment and has ability to multitask and comprehend the "bigger picture".
Must be extremely detail oriented.
Knowledge of world events and how they impact our business is essential.
