Sap Change Manager needed for 12 month contract based in Kuala Lumpur:
Objectives/Purpose of the role:
To deliver successful change management rollout initiatives in-line with the company's global SAP ERP implementation. To ensure successful buy-in of all levels of stakeholders within the organization.
Responsibilities:
*To review and update the global ERP Change Management Plan and methodology as and when required.
*To implement the ERP Change Management plan by phases. Rollouts include Indonesia, Malaysia and Dubai.
*To carry out Change Management activities such as communication, stakeholder engagement, change network setup and execution, nomination of change champions and agents, super-user community setup, organizing workshops blueprint, UAT and TTT, benefits identification and capture, etc.
*Ensures that there is adequate documentation and training for end users.
*Assists in the management and documentation of business process changes including action planning, role mapping, etc.
*To undertake change readiness assessments.
*Develop and execute plans to close gaps identified in change readiness assessments via training, recruitment or organization modification.
*Advise CEO and steering committee through SAP project manager on readiness of company to go-live.
Qualification & Experience:
*A Bachelor's Degree in IT, Mass Communication, International Business or equivalent
*Minimum 7 -10 years experience in SAP ERP Change Management methodology and implementation, with at least 4 - 5 go-live cycles with successful results.
*Manufacturing background preferred.
*International exposure required. Those with some exposure working with Indonesian clients would have an advantage.
*Fluent in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
*Proven track record in facilitating organizational change and development.
*Proven ability to coordinate and organize internal events.
