Enclipse Corporation has an opportunity for a BC/DR Consultant to work with our customer on a long-term assignment in Sacramento, CA.
We are in need of an experienced senior-level Business Continuity/Disaster Recovery Consultant to complete a Business Impact Analysis and Risk Assessment for a key customer of ours. Below are the technical and business requirements necessary to qualify for this position:
1. Required Qualifications:
A minimum of seven (7) years' experience in the field of business continuity and disaster recovery.
Experience may include:
Certified Business Continuity Professional (CBCP) or similar certification.
Experience with performing Business Impact Analysis (BIA).
Experience performing Risk Assessments.
Experience in developing business continuity and disaster recovery strategies.
2. Desirable Qualifications:
Knowledge of current and emerging trends and best practices of business continuity and disaster recovery.
Demonstrated sound analytical and problem solving skills, attention to detail and ability to logically approach a problem and document the findings.
Ability to organize material, analyze a wide variety of facts and develop appropriate recommendations.
Ability to synthesize multiple data points to draw conclusions.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Knowledge of or experience working with financial institutions and/or retirement systems.
3. Additional Desired Qualifications:
Ability to support productive working relationships (internally and externally), ability to work proactively with others (eg team members, external service providers) to ensure the successful achievement of objectives.
Exceptional interpersonal skills, including teamwork, leadership, facilitation and negotiation.
Ability to communicate business continuity principals clearly to a broad range of stakeholders and staff in a written or oral context.
Ability to estimate the financial impact of enterprise alternatives.
Computer literacy in Microsoft Word, Excel, Access and Outlook.
