Enclipse Corporation has an opportunity for a BC/DR Consultant to work with our customer on a long-term assignment in Sacramento, CA.

We are in need of an experienced senior-level Business Continuity/Disaster Recovery Consultant to complete a Business Impact Analysis and Risk Assessment for a key customer of ours. Below are the technical and business requirements necessary to qualify for this position:

1. Required Qualifications:

  • A minimum of seven (7) years' experience in the field of business continuity and disaster recovery.

  • Experience may include:

  • Certified Business Continuity Professional (CBCP) or similar certification.

  • Experience with performing Business Impact Analysis (BIA).

  • Experience performing Risk Assessments.

  • Experience in developing business continuity and disaster recovery strategies.

  • 2. Desirable Qualifications:

  • Knowledge of current and emerging trends and best practices of business continuity and disaster recovery.

  • Demonstrated sound analytical and problem solving skills, attention to detail and ability to logically approach a problem and document the findings.

  • Ability to organize material, analyze a wide variety of facts and develop appropriate recommendations.

  • Ability to synthesize multiple data points to draw conclusions.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  • Knowledge of or experience working with financial institutions and/or retirement systems.

  • 3. Additional Desired Qualifications:

  • Ability to support productive working relationships (internally and externally), ability to work proactively with others (eg team members, external service providers) to ensure the successful achievement of objectives.

  • Exceptional interpersonal skills, including teamwork, leadership, facilitation and negotiation.

  • Ability to communicate business continuity principals clearly to a broad range of stakeholders and staff in a written or oral context.

  • Ability to estimate the financial impact of enterprise alternatives.

  • Computer literacy in Microsoft Word, Excel, Access and Outlook.
