Solution Architect of ITO Solution
Responsibility:
l Choose the right service elements/service catalog, create the infrastructure outsourcing service solution architecture, define the context, pre-requisites of the solution.
l Build the Infrastructure solution so that the solution can be distributed to the Sales teams for them to use in Business development when pitching to the Operator community.
l Attend the workshops/forum/Summit discussion with Telco customer, to understand the customer latest requirement and trends, then reflect them in the solution design.
l Join the presales team in the RFI/RFP project, prepare the tailored solution for various clients, then present the solution to client.
l Understanding ITO industry trend, customer needs and business pain points, defines the structures of solutions and architectures of ITO to address client business problems.
l Basing on the defined solution architecture, design service delivery capability framework (methodology, processes, tools), and passed to the solution development team, providing guidance to the team's development work.
Qualification:
l More than 8 years experiences of Data Center operation and maintenance.
l Familiar with ITIL.
l Familiar with data center infrastructure operation and maintenance, virtualization and could computing technology.
l Fluent in English as working language.
l Can accept business trip globally.
