Description
Next Ventures are currently seeking an experienced Oracle HCM Functional consultant.Should be able to work independently with the customer in gathering requirements, perform gap analysis, as-is documents, to-be documents, requirement document (BP-80), prepare BR-100, configure the environment. Conduct CRP's, prepare MD050's, prepare user acceptance test scripts, assist in UAT.
Must have skills:
Functional Process knowledge for HR, Timekeeping and Payroll
Knowledge about China labor laws and statutory processes
Good analytical skills
Oracle Applications concepts
Oracle HRMS knowledge and expertise (HR/OTL/Payroll)
Worked on 2 end to end R12 implementations or support projects
Oracle AIM methodology
Worked on R12
Good communication skills either in Hungarian, German, French, Spanish and English
