Description
I am working with an NHS organisation in the South West of England who are looking for a Commercial Manager for an initial 3 month contract.The Commercial Manager will support the commissioner to determine and define contract strategy and procurement plan for and beyond. This will include the re-tenders of Prison and SARC (Sexual Assault Referral Centres) services.
The day to day duties will include:
- Project management support, to include stakeholder engagement and project planning
- Assist in bid writing around re-tenders, and other potential bids that fall in line with the organisations long term strategy
- Liaising with commissioners, procurement and senior stakeholders
- Budgetary planning
- Preparation of contracts and KPIs/outcomes measures/financial reward penalty consideration
- Collation, analysis and reporting of performance and quality data from providers performance reports
