UX Digital Banking Manager - Banking - London - £/day

Our client, a leading UK Bank, are looking for an Experienced UX Manager to work out of their London offices on a high profile Digital Banking programme.

The successful UX Manager candidate will have the following:
  • UX or change management experience within Digital Banking
  • Ability to use customer journey data analysis to identify areas for improvement
  • Implemented changes and project managed changes to Digital Content from a User Experience perspective within Retail Banking
  • Usability and Copywriting experience
  • Superb background within Digital Banking highly desired, sound Project Management experience with around website content and the Digital Banking Customer Experience


This is an exciting opportunity to join a growing team on a long term contract with the programme of work signed off until mid 2016.
