Qlikview Developer is immediately sought by leading global consultancy based in Hook, Hampshire.
Required Experience
- Proven track record in building and delivering Qlikview applications in industry
- Recent roles which have utilised version 11
- Excellent SQL development skills
- Excellent Excel skills and ability to use other office packages
- Strong knowledge of BI and Data Warehouse architecture
- Experience in telecomms or similar industries
- Experience with Netezza or similar platforms
- Good communicator with an ability to engage with end users
- An excellent team player
Principle responsibilities
Working mainly on delivering analytical tools and reporting solutions using the Qlikview application from a new BI Mart which will be a mix of old and new deliveries
Using business requirement Qlits to take a Qlikview app through the product life cycle to the delivery of a live and tested product
Working with business owners to ensure the product meets their requirements
Maintaining current standards of build principles, automation and Front End design as defined in the Business Insight master document
Produce and update documentation for Qlikview applications whilst following the change process for application updates
Work with the Business insights team to ensure the overall project is delivered
Carry out ad hoc database and analytical work
