My Client is a major Central Government body looking for an IT Contracts Manager. The successful candidate will be required to develop specific Definition products that will be component parts of the Future Mode of Operation and Temporary Mode of Operation.

This will include developing and implementing the end to end Procurement Evaluation process, including methodology, questionnaires, weightings, scoring systems, and reporting/presenting to Programme Board and key stakeholders. They will have responsibility for the successful execution of the Evaluation plan that they will help produce. This process will underpin and enable all future framework competitions within the TMO and FMO and help realise the VFM savings included within the ITTP DADS Business Case.

Knowledge and Skills required:

- Design and drafting of Procurement Evaluation process
- Knowledge of previous private and public sector evaluations inc. industry best practice for weighting, standard criteria etc.
- Leading a major evaluation exercise, reporting to relevant senior boards and managing diverse stakeholder reqts.
- Provide thought leadership and expertise in managing multi supplier procurement competitions
- Broad knowledge of IT development, maintenance and support processes
- Experience of Cloud technology and Agile methodology
